Its linear burner is made from stainless steel and can produce a heat output up to 65,000 BTUs. For your convenience, it comes with lava rock included to make the flames of your fire feature stand out, and to hide away the burner from view. The base recesses at the bottom to prevent unpleasant toe stubs when lounging around the fire with family and friends. Select between a match lit ignition system or CSA Certified electronic ignition system to cater to your specific requirements. Once shipped items usually arrive within 5 business days.

Due to the weight of this item, it will ship via freight. The freight process is bit more complicated than your typical USPS, FedEx, and UPS delivery.

Freight is shipping using a large semi-truck and will have a lift gate to deliver item off the truck.
The goal of the carrier is to get the item as close to your garage/house as possible which is defined as "curbside"
Carriers that call to schedule delivery prior to arrival will require your presence to accept delivery and signature
Carriers that do not schedule delivery: If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver to place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep or a covered area.
