Unless otherwise stated, all items carry a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty. All products are warrantied by the respective manufacturer to be free of defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and operation, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Defective parts, subject to the inspection of the Manufacturer, will be replaced or repaired during the warranty period on a no charge basis. Improper operation due to low voltage conditions, inadequate wiring, accidental damage, or improper use, is the responsibility of the Buyer. All shipping costs related to returning the product to the Manufacturer for inspection will be prepaid by the buyer. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if parts are determined to be defective. Shipping non-defective parts back to the Buyer will be paid by the Buyer. All expenses, losses in revenue, and labor charges arising or originating from the failure of defective parts will be borne by the Buyer.

We are proud to offer our lifetime warranty on XIKAR products.  Visit www.XIKAR.com/xi-warranty to request warranty service and we will help you resolve any issue. XIKAR reserves the right to repair, or replace at our discretion. Returned items may be replaced with a refurbished equivalent, depending on the age and condition of the return.

All Xikar lighters, cutters, hygrometers, humidor and travel cases are eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Items that have been tampered with or only contain physical damage (scratches or by regular use over time)are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and will be rejected upon receipt. The customer is responsible for sending the item in to us; once it is received we will send email updates throughout the process.

Ineligible Items: Butane, Boveda, PG solution, Crystal Jars or Bars, shattered ashtrays, and protective sheath covers.

Customers sending in returns from Canada are responsible for the shipping fee to and from our main warehouse; orders that have not been paid in full will not be fulfilled/shipped until payment has been received. Any active returns with an open balance past 1 year will be closed until that customer reaches out for payment.

International returns from overseas (Europe, Asia, Africa, Etc) would need to contact that countries designated distributor for a replacement.

XIKAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE WITH A REFURBISHED EQUIVALENT OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.
 

PALIO

All Palio lighters and cutters are eligible for the Lifetime Warranty. All returns must be sent in to our main warehouse (Weston, FL) with a $7 processing fee payment (Check or Money Order).

 

CIGAR CADDY

Cigar Caddy travel cases are covered under a lifetime guarantee as advertised on the bottom sticker of the case. Customers would need to reach out to us in order to take advantage of the warranty for repair/replacement. The customer is responsible for sending the item in to us; once it is received we will send email updates throughout the process.

The above-mentioned Family of Brands have a 1-year warranty upon the original date of purchase. Customer must present proof of purchase in order to take advantage of the warranty program.

Replacement pieces are covered as long as the warranty is still valid on the item (refer to the original purchase date).

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, CE will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. warranty is covered up to 1 year from purchase.

ZLINE warranty periods begin from the original purchase date and cover only the original purchaser of the product. Blaze Blaze gas grills have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the main burners, cooking grids, body, flame tamers, heat zone separators, warming rack, and control valves. While ignition, electronic, and lighting systems are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Grills must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply.

Grill Warranty Periods

The following parts are covered for one year on all our current gas grill models: The lid, control panel, grease tray, bezels, knobs, temperature gauge, valves, regulator, flex tubes, rotisserie burner, transformer, and all components of the lighting system. The following parts are covered for three years on all our current gas grill models: The manifold, handle end caps, flame tamers, heat shields, and warming rack. The following parts are covered for lifetime on all our current gas grill models: Insert assembly and the grates. The warranty period for the grill burners vary by type: Cast stainless steel burners - lifetime, Welded burners – 5 years, and Porcelain coated burners – 3 years. The warranty period for the charcoal grill is one year on all parts, except for the insert assembly, which is covered for 5 years. The Bel Air grill included a one-year warranty on all parts.

Component Warranty Periods All of the parts for our components/grill carts/ refrigerators/kegerators/drawers/doors are covered for one year with these exceptions: Power Burner - The insert/grates are lifetime covered parts. The manifold/burner are covered for 3 years. Searing Station/Slide in Double Side burner. The grates are covered for lifetime, the insert for 5 years, and the manifold for 3 years. Single Side burner The grates are covered for 5 years and the burner for 3 years. Sidekick 3 The burner is covered for 3 years. 

Pizza Ovens/Islands/Fire Features Warranty Periods All of the parts and construction materials are covered for one year.

Grill Accessories and Grill Covers do not include a warranty period.

Coyote

Coyote Outdoor warrants to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase of each Outdoor Gas grill/Side burner that when subject to normal residential use, it is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the periods specified below. This warranty excludes grills used in rental and commercial applications. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration which may occur during normal use. Itdoes NOTcover labor or labor related charges. There will be shipping and handling charge for the delivery of the warranty part(s).

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the product during the warranty period.  The extent of any liability of Coyote under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement.  This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts, damage resulting from any of the following:  negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper fuel/gas supply, use contrary to operating instructions, or alteration by any person other than a factory service center.  The warranty period is not extended by such repair or replacement.

U-LINE One Year Limited Warranty For one year from the date of original purchase, this warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. For products installed and used for normal residential use, material cosmetic defects are included in this warranty, with coverage limited to 60 days from the date of original purchase. All service provided by U-Line under the above warranty must be performed by a U-Line factory authorized servicer, unless otherwise specified by U-Line. Service provided during normal business hours.

Plank & Hide Plank and Hide offers a one (1) year limited warranty on their functional fire pit tables. Labor not included.
Sunnydaze  Our 1-year limited warranty covers any defects in workmanship or material. During your warranty period, we will replace any necessary parts or the entire product if it is proven to be defective for no extra charge.
WPPO WPPO LLC produces and imports ovens; the company provides a warranty for the oven and it's components (the oven’s body, floor, ventilation, finishes, stand, door, internal dome welding and accessories). This warranty ensures that these items do not have manufacturing defects or defects in the materials. This warranty is for a period of one year from the date the oven is shipped. This warranty is not valid if the oven has not been properly installed, operated and/or maintained in accordance with the product’s instructions.
AZ Patio Heaters Our 1-year limited warranty covers any defects in workmanship or material. During your warranty period, we will replace any necessary parts or the entire product if it is proven to be defective for no extra charge.
LeGriddle Le Griddle offers a lifetime warranty on the patented Dual Plate System, which consists of the stainless steel griddle surface and cast iron subplate, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions. Stainless steel burners are warrantied for five (5) years. All other parts are warrantied for one (1) year. Labor not included.
Evo The limited lifetime warranty on the Evo Grill states the grill shall be free from rust-through on all metal surfaces and shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use from the original date of purchase. The 1 year warranty applies to all electronic components, gas components, accessories, and repair parts including, but not limited to, electronic displays, overlay and membrane switches, temperature sensors, hot surface igniters, computers, transformers, heater elements, relays, igniters, ignition controllers, wiring, switches, encoders, outlets and plugs, gas regulator, gas hoses, and manifold assemblies. Evo promises to replace, at its determination, any product or component that is defective and covered under this warranty for as long as you, the registered original consumer-purchaser, owns the grill. One (1) year labor included.
Masterbuilt Masterbuilt warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper assembly, normal use and recommended care for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. The Masterbuilt warranty does not cover paint finish as it may burn off during normal use. The Masterbuilt warranty does not cover rust. Masterbuilt requires proof of purchase for warranty claim, such as a receipt. Labor is not included.
