George was an absolute pleasure to work with! I will definitely be doing business with him again. My Raching Mon3800a came in a crate that was very sturdy, I let it sit for 24 hours once I got it to where I would be leaving it. The next day I cranked it up and began the seasoning process, 75 temp 75 humidity for 4 days, 70-70 for 3 days, and finally 68 temp 67 humidity for the final day. This unit was able to hold all temps and humidity levels I set it at and I have two calibrated push sensors as a check. One on the bottom and one on the top. The only issue I had, since I’m in the USA apparently the built in wifi for the unit is unusable, but if you have push sensors or something like that you can use those to check on the levels and be fine.
I purchased my Raching MON3800A from Trusted Home Goods. THG was the 3rd store I looked at before making a decision. I had already had it in the cart ready to purchase at Northwoods Humidor’s. For some reason I received a message from Trusted Home Goods from George Barbetto( The Owner). We messaged back and forth for about a day and he answered all 1 million of my questions promptly and with great clarity. That’s what made me change my decision. If I could I would give Trusted Home Goods 10 stars ⭐️. My humidor arrived in a couple days in tack. It’s a beautiful piece of equipment. Set the temperature and it does the rest. Great warranty Even though I purchased an extended warranty. Thank you George, your customer service, patience and honesty made my decision easy. My next purchase will be very soon. I’ve had two small wooden chest style Humidor’s, but I wanted to upgrade to a fully automatic electric one. I wanted an easy to use, plug-in and that’s it. This one is perfect! And Beautiful . 2 gallons distilled water, plug it in, you’re good for a year! And it smells amazing! The aged cedar interior is perfect. Easy thumbs up, easy, five stars.

I’ve been searching for a nice cigar cabinet for a while now, and stumbled up on this Raching Mon3800A. I did my research and searched how well the temperature and humidity does on this unit and found out how many zones it has inside and was blown away. I looked at 3 different sellers and contacted each one, But i was sold on Trusted Home Goods. Extremely reliable. I�ve owned this electric humidor for over a year, and the humidity control has been impeccable. Even with the door open, it recovers to proper RH in just 5�10 minutes.
My Raching humidor arrived extremely well-packaged. Had a great experience with George and Trusted Home Goods. The door seal is tight with a good locking mechanism so humidity and temp holds steady. I opted for the 3800 over the 2800 just to be safe and I was pleasantly surprised. Between the size, gold exterior finish, and interior lighting my humidor is a fantastic feature to my library.
My humidor keeps the humidity accurate within 1%. I verified it using calibrated hygrometers throughout the unit. Even with mixed box and loose cigar storage, readings stay around �1.5%. This is elite compared to other units that I've done this with. It clearly has superior monitoring systems and many sensors to be able to do this. I am happy with its performance.
My collection looks great in the Raching humidor. I utilize the loose storage area pretty frequently to get my cigars ready to smoke. Before purchasing I could care less about this feature but turns out it's a really nice and considerate addition by Raching. I had a good buying experience
