Outstanding humidor and a great company to help me decide which one. George is an absolute gentleman and has answered every question I had after the sale. I highly recommend Trusted Humidors if you’re looking to buy your first big boy humidor!
Raching MON5800A Electric Humidor w/ Ammonia Removal | Holds 2500 Cigars
Store owner replied: That is indeed a big boy humidor! Appreciate your working with us Michael, the Raching looks great
Ive had my MON5800A running at 65/65 for over a year and it hasnt budged once. Once you dial it in, its set-and-forget. Absolutely worth it and it's stunning.
Raching MON5800A Premium Electronic Cigar Humidor | 2500 Cigars
WOW Trusted Home Goods and George really nailed this transaction! I'm really impressed by the ease of communication and touchpoints. Even received a hand written Thank you and complimentary cigar after the Humidor arrived. People don't do this anymore and others should take note how business was performed here - it makes me more than just a customer. Anyway, I seasoned this cabinet around 75% RH before loading, and its been perfect ever since. Keeping singles in drawers and most sticks in boxes really helps maintain consistency. Huge cabinet, looks fantastic, runs quiet and has some nice features not seen in a lot of the other electric humidors.
Raching MON5800A Premium Electronic Cigar Humidor | 2500 Cigars
Store owner replied: Great working with you Joseph!
Enjoying my new Raching humidor. It's a high end product for sure. The specs say it holds 3,000 - 4,000 cigars. Realistically, it depends on how many boxes vs. singles you store. Still massive storage, but dont expect every inch to be usable when you're stacking boxes
Raching MON5800A Premium Electronic Cigar Humidor | 2500 Cigars
Love the 5800, but I did notice the fans dry out unboxed singles faster. I keep most of my cigars in their original boxes or drawers now, which solved the issue. Nonetheless its an impressive humidor cabinet. I am pleased with my investment
Raching MON5800A Premium Electronic Cigar Humidor | 2500 Cigars
This thing is stunning. It looks more like high end furniture than an appliance. I get a lot of compliments on it but better yet it does its job storing my cigars and runs fairly quiet
Raching MON5800A Premium Electronic Cigar Humidor | 2500 Cigars
First of all, the humidor came packages really well and the service was exceptionlal. Trusted Home Goods goes above an beyond on communication and fulfillment. I anticipated a loud compressor, but the MON5800A runs much quieter than I thought. It hums along gently in the background. A+ experience, highly recommend

Store owner replied: Thanks for leaving feedback and appreciate you shopping with us!
I am enjoying the Raching 5800. I'm still a little skeptical of the ammonia removal function. I cant say Ive noticed a huge difference. Might be more of a nice-to-have than a must-have. But overall operates efficiently and hold pure.
Raching MON5800A Premium Electronic Cigar Humidor | 2500 Cigars
Let me tell you something, I ordered this same humidor with someone else and they failed to tell me it was out of stock and would take a few months for delivery. I contacted George at trusted home goods and he was clear and transparent about that from the minute we talked. This guy shoots you straight, no fluff. So I decided to go with him. Glad I stuck it out because I really like the Raching humidor. Thanks for the help George
Raching MON5800A Premium Electronic Cigar Humidor | 2500 Cigars
At around $5,000, its definitely an investment. If youre serious about cigars and want something to last, its worth it, but its not for casual hobbyists. Between the heating, cooling, humidification, and dehumidification, this cabinet feels like a professional cellar. My collection has never been more stable. I rearranged the shelves and keep most cigars boxed. That adjustment made airflow and humidity much more even throughout.
