What Happens After You Order

The Raching Cigar Box is not stored in the United States, it will have to be made to order and ship from China which will take 20-30 days. Once your order is placed, we submit the order to Raching and the unit goes into production. Once the unit is completed it will be shipped to the United States and coordinated for shipping. 

Does this need to be seasoned before first use?
Yes. Like any Spanish cedar humidor, we recommend seasoning the interior before loading your cigars for the first time. Contact us if you'd like our seasoning guide.

Is this an electric humidor, or passive storage?
This is a passive humidor — it relies on the Spanish cedar's natural moisture retention and the included humidifier box rather than active electronic climate control. It's built for stable indoor environments rather than extreme climates.

How do I monitor humidity levels?
The built-in digital hygrometer gives you an at-a-glance reading of internal humidity, so you don't need a separate accessory to keep track of conditions.

What is included with the humidor?
